wd-40 at first to get all the grime out then white lithium grease a couple of days later. I actually wish my right one was much stiffer to hold its place. Left one is.

I have tried lithium grease and have had some issues with dirt accumulation.
I now use graphite, it seems to work very well.

very familiar with it. I sold the machine that puts the powder in the cans, I had tons of the stuff at one point, good stuff.

still say plain greese from agreese gun thicker and dont wash out...more tackey than white greese.....useing the needle can get your bushing good, sounds like need to replace your pins and bushings, when the bushungs get wore out they fall apart and start binding.thinkset of 5 are 25 bucks,be sure and ask if come with bushings, not hard to change,DONT LET DOORS FALL AT ALL,,,,thats how you adjust the doors, open and pull down or up which ever, little at time tho.
