They're an older Escalade accessory wheel from the '07-'14 Body Style, more commonly found in chrome. Not sure exactly what model wheel they are, but I'm fairly certain they are an OEM accessory wheel.

GM has these wheels in their accessories catalog, I would recommend them before I would vogue
