What's involved in replacing these?

My uncle's durango used a setup that looked like this. It attached the frame of the vehicle, and they are vehicle specific...

Due to the location of the ones you show pictured above... I would say it is safe to assume that the tow brackets use the same 2 holes that the tow hooks do on the existing frame. Should be a matter of 2 bolts... If it was not specific for the tahoe, there could be new holes drilled, and it is possible they have cut the bumper cover in order to allow it to protrude. It would be my guess though, that someone who can afford an RV and a relatively new Tahoe to tow behind it, also spent the money to have a vehicle specific mount setup...

I did run across these which can be specific for the Tahoe.

As long as its on welded in it shouldn't be an issue for me. Tha
