Whats the best tire shine and wax to use

I love my hoe and I like to keep her clean;so whats your opinion on the best wax to use that has a long lasting shine and doesn't go away after it rains;and whats the best tire shine to use that is also long lasting and doesn't run and sling back all over your running boards,and the bottom of your truck..

First use Westley's bleach white if you have whitewalls but even if you don't it really cleans them up good. then use your tire shine.

your supposed to clean these things too? I was alwaya a Zymol guy for wax, tire shine I have used the cheapest stuff I can find since the tires are big and require a good bit to make shine. I know when I used to show my old truck guys would use ATF on the really big tires, then spray the wheel wheels and frame with WD-40 to make it all look clean.
