Whats the best way to remove water spots?

I've got a good amount of water spots, especially on the hood. Whats the best way to get rid of them? btw i've got black paint.

I would try autozone and see if they have sum type of restore color wax.

Try a clay bar.

I have had my blk Tahoe for 12 years with original paint and when I once had those irritating spots I washed it down with joy dish detergent then used Meguiars Cleaner Wax and they were gone.
