Wheel 16vs17vs18

I was wondering the pros and cons of the different diameters of wheels.I dont care anything above 18 but was wondering what everybody's thinking behind their wheel choice.

I can't really think of any pros or cons other than the look of the wheel. Just got with what you feel is best.
