Wheel bearing?

Damn my 93 4x4 got beat up, sunk, duned, etc for 190,000 and never needed bearings.
99 4x4 with 138,000 also oem.

Maybe your bigger tires stress them.

31s stressing them well i got 35s coming looks like i better go buy a dozen or two hubs

Size of tire would not really cause an Issue.
