LOL!!!

please dont put wheel locks on!

Honestly it is EASIER to remove wheel locks by just hammering a 19mm 12 point socket on them, rather than using the key (i'm not joking).

a tilt sensor as part of an alarm is far more effective...it is only a deterrent though. If they really want your wheels/car, kiss them goodbye.

Whats funny is that sears sells for 50 bucks a wheel lock removal tool that is complete garbage....the socket trick is truly golden.

I have a set of bolt extractors that will do the same thing with no hammering. Just put it on, attach a breaker bar and it's off. I just roll with stock rims, so no one wants mine anyway

so for the socket trick you would have to have 24-19mm sockets to steal a set of wheels..not many thiefs would probably have that many. The best bet is to have the wheel locks AND ADD your wheels to your insurance policy. Let somebody steal my wheels and i will collect 5k cash from insurance...

I have the Gorilla Wheel Lock system in which every lug is a forged lock that comes with a key that control the whole set, and ONLY that set. That and my insurance are good enough to take on thieves.

no, 90 percent of the wheel locks fit a 19mm socket perfectly. and you are making it sound too hard. It is a less than 1 minute job to beat the socket twice with a hammer, insert breaker bar, spin.

insurance is the best option.
