wheel ???

I'm looking to put 22's on my Tahoe with a possible 3/4 spindle drop. I have a couple of wheel questions.....

First, what would be a good off-set?
Rim width?......22x9.5 or 10?
What tire size?.....I want to go with a 40 series tire.

The offset on the new body styles is high like +30. But depends on the wheel and the width too. Most 22" wheels will be 9.5" wide. And yea a 305/40/22 tire would be good.
