Does anybody know where I can find the wheels on this truck? Is it a Chevy/GM Wheel?

Hey guys, Has anyone thought of using a 19.5 Inch Corvette wheel? I know corvette wheels are 5 lug but if you by a 6 to 5 lug conversion it should work?

Here is thew pic of the wheel i was thinking about- Only problem is I think the backspacing is 9 Inches.
