Ok guys, I'm getting closer to getting my wheels, next week or two. I have yet to decide what brand I will go with but i looked at some 22's yesterday called Phantom 58 and 78. The 58 didn't have the deep dish or lip look. Not sure I like that now that i think about it. The 78 did but still undecided. Has anyone heard of these wheels before? I'm getting 305/45/22 tires because i want more rubber between the rims and road.
I've been quoted $1310 out the door(rims, tires, lug nuts and locks). I don't think the tires are name brand so now i'm concerned that the ride might be rough with non name brand tires....or am i worried for nothing. I will call and find out what brand the tires will be and let you guys know.
I have never bought wheels before so I'm looking for a little feedback from those of you that have experience with this. Don't want a rough ride because of cheap tires. Not oppossed to getting the tires from discount tire if i need too.
Also looked at some wheels that where 5 or 6 spoke and each spoke had a bolt on piece to it that was painted black. Thinking about those wheels and getting the black painted white. If possible I will take pictures and post them to give you an idea of what i'm talking about. I just wanna make sure i get wheels that i like the first time out and not have any regrets. In my mind the wheels can make or break a ride. thanks
