When Climate off - floor vent still blowing - is that normal?

I just got the car and was wondering if its normal that floor vent is blowing when all the climate is OFF?

Well the way these trucks are is that when you turn of the A/C it will still blow out air if you are driving. If completely stopped it shouldnt blow out air at all.

Yes, its completely off.

Maybe you guys never noticed it. I probably wouldnt notice but its cold out in NY so I have to use heat. Once I turned the system off - I fell warm air blowing. Can someone check that for me in your cars?

its normal. all my cars do this because it just keeps on working so the windows n whatnot dont frost up

just swithc the heater to cold if you hate it like i do
