where is OnStar unit in 2006 Yukon Denali?

I'm thinking about installing the BlueStar 2010. Can someone tell me where the OnStar unit is located in a 2006 Yukon XL ?

I'm not 100 percent sure, but I think its up inside the dash above the instument cluster.

It is located behind the glove box, right behind the passenger wheel.
