Found it. Took bolt off used the dremel to clean terminals, used dremel on frame where bolt goes, and put it back. I also had two more grounds that weren't properly ground. One for the trailer wire harness and one for a 7point trailer hook up so I drilled another hole in the frame, and properly grounded them. Last, I replaced the tail light circuit board with one I had laying around and now I have brake lights and signals on both sides. I HATE those damn circuit boards. Is there any way around them? Any way to not have them?

I got them on Ebay they were under $100 many people on gmt400.com run them and have had no issues, plug and play no other mods needed

i know the ground for the front signals is behind the left side of the front bumper so i would assume its on the frame some where behind the rear bumper

So now the tail light and blinker aren't working on the other side. I get the fast blinks when I use the signal. Wtf!!! This is driving me crazy. I would just get the led lights but I'm not convinced that something won't go wrong with them. Where else should I look??
