Where to buy a rear defroster tab?

So my rear defroster tab came off the rear glass in my 08 Tahoe, I called the dealer and they said it only comes with the glass. Does anyone know where I can get just the tab?

Is the tab gone or stuck in the wire.... frostfighter on amazon will put it back on.... if gone go rip one off in a junkyard

The tab is gone. I DID google this first... nothing showed is was exactly for my truck. Then I called the dealer to no avail. This is why i asked on her. I guess I will get a universal one.
