I have a 2019 5.3l Tahoe with a 2.9l whipple. I ordered a autometer electronic fuel pressure gauge to install in my interior. Would anyone know how I should go about tapping into the fuel system to install the gauge? If I have to take off the supercharger to get to the fuel rail I’ll probably just return the gauges. I’m hoping there’s a simpler option. Thanks in advance.

These don't have a Schrader valve I don't believe. You might be able to put one in line with the fuel supply that is in the driver side of the motor above the injector coils, but that will only give you supply pressure. I personally don't know of a way to measure the high pressure side. Since you had to do programming, is it possible to pull that data to an electronic display?

I’d have to ask my shop about the data, however i already bought the gauges so I’d like to try and make them work. Will the readings be about the same with the supply line? I mean it would show me a drop in pressure, which is what id looking out for in case of emergency right?
