the "package" is a matter of personal opinion, more bells and whistles some consider nice and others a annoyance.
the more options you choose, the more it may cost in potential repairs down the road...
top speed is normally limited by factory software, however if that is disabled you might see anything from 132~145, depending on the engine, add a smidge more if power adders such as a 3rd party turbo or supercharger are installed.

you are asking the wrong person lol, I would only buy a 2020 nothing newer to many nannies and they changed the operating software to a android based system (VIP/Ultifi) instead of a linux based system that has worked well for a couple decades now. that and federally forced changes in the pillar design has reduced visibility to a scary pittance.
something as simple as a chaffed wire might require the entire harness section to be replaced instead of a basic wire repair because it can cause interference in the system bus. The GMLAN bus is no longer used. If something as simple as a door lock fails it may/will require programming basically every little thing has to be programmed.
the only saving grace to that is if you have a mdi and a laptop you can still do a vin learn yourself with a $45 2yr vin payment on techline. Instead of paying the dealer $180 to do it.
and God forbid you break down on the side of the road the chances of getting it fixed yourself are slim to none, unless it's something incredibly easy.
you would think that with modern technology you could simply press a couple buttons and get a analysis of what the problem is on these nice big lcd displays. but nope not a chance in hell, gm wants there "diagnostic fee" the best you will get a is a inept response from some yahoo when you press the blue button "we were unable to find the issue" pfft.....
but hey it looks nice in the driveway the jones next door will be jelly.
