Ok the pully on top with the spring,know i cant spell tenosir right? keeps belt tight. The pully is squeling.after start up.got a idler pully.thats the pully down low on block.are the pullys the same or do need different one,look same to me,or is the spring loaded divice all one peice,or is that pully replaceable???? thanks fellows,,,,95 yukon,5.7tbi sle 284,645.

The tensioner comes with a pulley already installed and would cost you about $50. Just just let the unit snap back at you when releasing the tensioner. Do it slowly.
