I have an 07 tahoe with TPMS. I just got a set of takeoff escalade wheels but the guy took his TPMS out of the wheels. Instead of doing that to my stock 20's, I'd like to just buy a set and keep the other wheels intact. I looked on ebay and it seems there are 10-20 different versions for GM. Which ones do I need?
thanks,

Is there more than one that will work? I noticed 3 of my exisiting valve stems are aluminum with a screw on protective cover and one is rubber. I guess at some point, the previous owner has had one replaced.

Sorry to ask so many questions, I've found a few sets on ebay for $100 that fit from 07-11 gm products. Just not sure what fits' what.
thanks,

CHEVY GM TPMS SENSORS *20923680 - 13586335
or
25920615 GM TPMS Sensor 2007-11 Chevrolet
or
The local dealership can get the OEM's for $160 plus tax but he had even a different part number, it's confusing and sorry to ask so many questions.

thanks,

There are a bunch of sensors that will work. The oe are the most reliable sensors I have dealt with. I work for Discount Tire Co and we use a universal one that has to be programmed to the truck. but the OE is better in my opinion. For an 07 model there are 2 different types of valve stems that may come stock rubber or bolt in. when I had all black wheels I used the rubber stems, when I changed wheels i went with the went with the aluminum bolt in stem. You should be able to get oe sensors for about 40 bucks each.

I'd like to get the aluminum bolt in version. Do you know what the part number is?

I changed the wheels yesterday to so I guess I'll just have the TPMS taken out of the orginals. I have 3 screw in and one rubber stem. I'll go the dealership and hopefully get it resolved. Or I'll at least have the part number and can look for 1 on ebay. Either way, I'll post what I find.

I took the sensors out. It had 2 styles- one rubber stem (Schrder 1777810232, 20923680, 003YUA100333, model G53MA4S) and 3 with metal stems (15825475, PPA-GF33). I ended up buying one metal stem one from ebay - new for $20 shipped and after installed, reset them myself using the "letting out air method" and no problems. Just thought I'd post the numbers and what worked for me. Thanks guys.
