Will 07+ escalade/ denali console fit?

I have an 06 Denali and the center console is shot. The "leather" is pealing, The cup holders and cracked, The doors that hide the cup holders are broken, and the plastic gray paint is worn. I was looking at a new console and they have the rear dvd, rear heated seats, and rear passanger audio controls. But I'm not sure if it's an exact swap. Has anyone done this before?

Electronics are completely different between those models. It may physically fit, but all of the electronic features will not work.
