Will 275/60/20 tires rub on a 2007 Z71 Tahoe?

I have purchased a set of LTZ 20" polished rims and i am looking for tires. I am also thinking about going with the CCM leveling kit. Anybody run this setup and know if rubbing will be an issue? My goal is to get by without having to trim anything.

I just put Cooper Discoverer 275/60/20 on my 2007 LT Tahoe with stock ride height and they will rub in certain instances. I put in a couple of wafer head self tapping screws in the black plastic - down near the bottom of the wheel well-to take out some of the slack and that seemed to help. Going from 55 to a 60 sure helped fill the wheel well, i like the look. Hope that helped.

Thanks for the feedback. It definitely helps. Im not even sure if the lift would help or be no change.
