Will these fit??

I searched but didn't get the answer I needed.. Wife needs new tires on he 04 Z71.. friend has a brand new set oh Hankook Dynapro ATM which we had on before but they are 285/70R17.. I had 265/70R17 on now with after market wheels.. will the 285's fit? stock suspension.

It depends on the offset on your wheels. I know 285/75r16s would fit on that year with factory tires with a slight torsion bar crank. 285/75r16s and 285/70r17s are pretty close in size.
