I just bought a 2007 Tahoe 4x4 and plan on putting a leveling kit with 33" Nitto Mud Grapplers. The wheels I had in mind are 20x8.5" Rockstars. I currently have them on my F-250 and love them. (I know everyone has them, but to me they look better than most wheels). I was told by a wheel salesman that he doesnt think that the wheels will fit my truck. He says they will rub the inside. The 20x8.5 Rockstars have +10mm offset and 5.14" of backspacing. Does anyone have a wheel simliar to this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I kinda wanted to keep this same style with the Tahoe as I did with the F-250:

BTW, I was able to find a picture of this truck while searching. Those are 18x9's with 0mm offset and 5.0" BS.

Pretty sure you would need at least a 20mm offset. Stock wheels on a new gen Tahoe is like 40mm.

You will rub nasty, and your bearings will go out quick with a 10mm offset.
On the 07-09 Tahoes the stock offset is exactly 31, so anything in the 25-35mm range is good enough.
Isn't the Ford 8lug anyways?

So it would rub because they were too far in or too far out? Its my understanding that the more positive offset, the more they are inside the fenders. With the stock wheels being 31mm offset, and these wheels being 10mm offset, you are saying that they would stick farther out?

With the picture of the Yukon I posted, is that a 0mm offset or not?

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I was only posting a picture of my F-250 to show the backspacing that I like on my trucks. I was definitely NOT planning on putting those wheels on the Tahoe.

BTW, I went ahead and ordered the wheels. Most people said they wouldnt fit, but they fit perfectly. I couldnt have asked for anything better.
