My 09 Yukon 4x4 with autoride has 2" level in front and 1/2" in rear and I have a change to get some 20s with 33" x 12.50 mud tires. Will I have problems with clearance? I don't think the rear will have a issue, but the front.. Will it rip or rub bad? I see people running 33s but they don't loom to be as wide. And hardly anything on Yukons.

Tires are meaty.. Here's some pics. Thanks.

Even if they do rub you can always trim as needed. Wheel spacers can always be added as well as long as your not into crazy off-road driving. There are a bunch of threads about this type of lift with multiple types and sizes of tires if you search around im sure you will find some with the same set up as you are going for. Good luck.
