Window keeps going down

One last problem im having, that I wanted to ask you fella's about:

On the way to work the other morning, I was driving talking on the cell phone when a car passed me I noticed my left rear driver side window was open. I rolled it up but it kept going back down. This happened a few times until I locked the window's with the child safety switch. Window stayed up until I unlocked the switch. The next day I could not duplicate the problem again but I would like to know what the heck is going on??? Is it the front switch or rear or am I totally off base?????

Too many problems for one week......

The lockout switch normally locks out the non drivers switches so I would say go for the back switch. I can not say for sure a 100% because I believe you are posting for a 2000 Escalade and being as this forum covers 91-99I don't have wiring diagrams past that. Perhaps someone in another forum might have a better answer.

maybe the regulator is shot? Getting power and its pulling the window down.. idk im just throwing stuff out there. Try switching the rear 2 window switches and see what window goes down, easiest thing to do before we start replacing unnecessary stuff

The 00 Escalade is the same as the 96-99 tahoe/yukon. Cadillac didnt change bodies till 01. If you can check your diagram it would be appreciated.
