Make sure the tube isn't kinked anywhere and try taking the spray end piece off and blowing into it backwards to push out any debris in there. Also, when you have the end piece off, try spraying to see if it's getting pressure.
I don't think the nozzle comes off the wiper but I know the hose comes off. Might have to use a tiny flathead to pry it off like you would a radiator hose but don't just yank it. And if you have a compressor, use it to blow air backwards into the sprayer.
