Wiring of trailer brakes 99 tahoe

Hey, I'm just wondering if anybody knows if there is a spot to hook up the electric brake controller in a 99 tahoe. I see that there is a place in the control panel that has the feed from the stop signal but can't find where the brake wire hooks up. The truck has the wires going to the back so there should be a spot, right? Anyone have any ideas?
