Hey guys, first post. I just got an 07 Tahoe and noticed the rear hatch glass was loose on the right side when I opened it. When I wiggle it, it looks like it is the hinge. Are there replacement bushing kits for these hinges. Im trying to google it but coming up with side door hinge bushings. Thanks!

I think you have to replace the hinge, which also means getting it painted, and knowing how to line up your liftgate when you do so.

Looks like your also missing the e clip that makes sure it dosent slide off. There is allot of play on this glass left and right so if it ain't making noise I wouldn't sweat it.

Yeah its rattling around pretty good so I'll have to look into changing it out. My gas struts are worn out too. I wonder if that would help the rattle by replacing them? Thanks for the info guys!

Yes. There isn't much holding it in place. Get a new e clip and some gas struts and should be good.

As an update, the new struts fixed the problem. Thanks for the suggestion!
