Would american Racing 337 fit on my burb?

I found used wheels I like for my 2010 suburban LT AWD.
Currently I have the 17in on it.

The new wheels are American Racing 337
22" x 9 1/2" / 6 x 139.7 / Offset +18mm

they come with Nitto NT420S 305 / 45R22
