z71 with only the grey trim removed

im looking for a picture of just the grey bottom trim removed. particularly where it meets the wheel well moulding. I want to pull it off to clean up some surface rust, but considering keeping it off.
If anyone has done this , would be appreciated

Are you talking about the plastic piece on the bottom of the front bumper

no, the sides. above the step bars. I found a few pictures online. looks like all can come off except the ones behind the back wheels. those have 3 mounting bolts that would need filling

no, fender flares are painted. grey plastic, between flares, above running boards.

There was someone here recently that pulled them all and painted them with bedliner...He might have had pics along the way. I'll see if i can find it.

thanks for finding that. it points out exactly what i am questioning. I think if i pull off the grey, i will have to find a different running board. Im not really thrilled with the z71 bars anyways.

Here you go. I know this is pretty old, but may help some other people looking around. I took the steps and the plastic trim off the other day in preparation for bed liner pain and some low profile rock sliders.
