On a 2013 chevy tahoe, is there any zerk fittings besides the outer tie rods? TIA

I don't even think there are zerks on the tie rod ends, out of the factory. I could be wrong though.

That's it, just those two originally. If you buy a used one, who knows. A lot of replacement parts such as ball joints and u-joints have them.
