Anybody know? ('03 Yukon 4.8 2WD). I had the codes pulled and I got "C0265 - EVCM Motor Relay"

Thanks in advance!

unknown at this time.
Usually a sign of poor power connection to the brake module like dirty, loose or corroded terminal/wire.

:whymewhyme:Can't you NBS/NNBS guys do anything on diagnostics on your own instead of just mods? Luck for you the OBS cave of bats is really asleep tonight that I had to troll over hear for some blood.

Yeah when I see a problem I really like to bite into it. Ha HAHA HA.

Ahhhh shit! I'm literally lol right now. You guys are great! Thanks so much!

When you say brake module, you're talking about the module next to the booster?

The EBCM is under the truck on the left frame rail. With that code you're going to need a new EBCM. The relay within the EBCM itself has gone wrong. And yes, it is an expensive part.

Chip. This is the part I was thinking of, and yes, a replacement is pricey, but a repair is very affordable. Check absfixer and module master, both can repair your EBCM for ~$150. Also, you can remove it and continue to drive your truck with no adverse side effects while the repair is being performed. You should have everything ready to go w/in a week or so.

I believe one of those guys may even be able to sell you a warranted unit at a decent price to replace yours before you remove it.
