    Glad it went smoothly for you! Sounds like you did all the same things as me, for whatever reason I had a lot of trouble with the four mount-to-block bolts. Regardless, definitely one of those jobs worth having behind you! :cool:

    Guys - Thanks so much for your spot-on advice! Brake torqued the engine with the hood up and couldn't believe how much it moved... I could make it "thunk" on command with the accelerator. O'Reilly had 1 mount that I bought yesterday, with the other arriving today. Those suckers list at $90 but...

    My experience is that the horror stories about the cheaply made torque convertors are true. Our 2013's Torque convertor started grinding its guts into the 6L80 transmission this last summer with just 112K on the clock. And that's with trans Fluid/Filter changes every 3 years.     From what I can see in the picture, the clearcoat is worn-off/peeled-off exposing the basecoat. The basecoat has no shine as it depends on the clearcoat for that.     Installed a Murray Radiator on Saturday into my wife's 2013 Tahoe (MHT 434090). Best 4-hours of my life... NOT! Lots of sharp edges to tear into my arms as I navigated to the cooling fan plugs, cooler line clips and such. So sharp you don't feel it, you just notice that there's blood on stuff...
