    2003 Z71 suburban for sale

I am selling my 2003 Z71 Suburban. It has 283,000 miles on it but still runs great. I am the only owner and have all of the maintenance records. It does leak some oil, but other than that it runs great. The 2000-2006 suburban was the best vintage with many of them still on the road. It does have...

    Question on 2003 suburban AC/defrost

On my 2003 suburban there is a button with a snowflake crossed out on it. This button is for disengaging the AC. My wife is telling me that if I run the defrost and don't hit this button to disengage the AC that the AC runs.. No matter what temp I have the defrost set at. This makes no sense...

what useful items do you carry in your SUV?

Does anyone carry tools in their Yukon/Tahoe? If so, what tools and where do you store them? In my 2003 suburban I carry a floor jack because their is room under the rear seats. But the new Denali does not have that space.. I do put a few items in the console like disinfecting wipes, a rag...

Narrow seats on the 2023 Denali?

Does anyone else find the seats on the Denali to quite narrow? Maybe it is because I am used to driving a 2003 suburban, but these new seats seem quite narrow. I only have a 34" waiste and I can't imagine what it would be for folk that are larger.. They made the console so wide that there is...

question about diving in 4wd on the highway

Yesterday I drove back from a ski trip in my 2023 Denali and forgot to remove it from 4wd when I got out of the snow. I wound up driving about 60 miles at 50-70 mph in 4wd back home. Is this bad for the rig? I know it is not ideal, but do I risk damage of any kind when this happens?

seat covers for my 2023 Denali

I am looking for some water resistant seat covers for my 2023 Denali. I want to be able to climb into my rig with salt water drenched rain gear on after fishing without messing up my seats. Ideally the covers would be fairly easy to get on and off, and maybe be nice enough looking and fit...

A few questions on my 2024 Denali

I took delivery on my 2024 Denali a few months ago. It currently has 1700 miles. What mileage should I schedule my first appt for? Is that just oil? Another question. I have not really done a deep dive on what this thing has to offer me in the way of electronics. I don't really want to...

question about dashboard gauges on my 2023 Denali

It does not appear that there is an old shool looking dash set up that would have all my gauges in the circular or round format the way the old dash boards used to look. Speed, RPM, Temp, volt meter, oil pressure. I know I can get the bar graph option for some of this at the bottom, but I...

    fishing rod rack

I am trying to decide on a fishing rod rack for the inside of my 2023 Denali. Has anyone ever put one of these in their Yukon? I am considering a brand called Inno. I can't put a roof rack on as I use city garages that make a roof rack a no go for me.

Selling the stock tires that came with my Denali/What is the best place to do this?

question on using the tranny to slow going down a hill

I live a the top of a steep 2.5 mile hill that I go up and down every day. When I go down hill I drop the Denali into third gear which keeps it at about 35mph and 2800RPM. This way I don;'t ride the brakes down the hill all the time. Is this a bad practice? Would I be better off just wearing...

    check engine light blinking

I have a 2003 Suburban with 279K miles on it. It is not my primary vehicle, and I really do not want to put a lot of money into it. I took it to the auto parts store and it is showing codes P0300, P0171, P0174, and P0332. These codes seem to revolve around fuel mix (air to fuel ratio) and...

    Fabric wheel liners?

Any iddea why GMC would coat the wheel well liners with fabric '23 Denali)? all kids of debris sticks to it like needles and leaf debris then falls off in the garage? It does not hose off well as the fabric is sticky. Then if you try and rub it off with a rag it gets static cling.. My guess...

    remove and sell rear media?

I just bought a 2023 Yukon Denali. It came with the rear media, which I do not want, and it will probably never get used. Is there a market for these 2 screens if I were to remove them? The videos on line make the removal look pretty straightforward.

I am fretting over the tires I ordered for my new Denali

Last week I ordered 285 50 22 Yokohama Geolander A/T G015's to replace my stock Bridgestones 275 50-22 street tires. I had originally decided on the Nitto Recon Grappler, but then when I was doing internet research, it seemed apparent that the Geolander would really be a better snow/rain tire...

better tires for my new 2023 Yukon Denali

I just bought a 2023 Yukon Denali. It came with stock Bridgestone 275 50 22 street tires. The rims are 22". I want to get a tire with a more aggressive tread like a BFG AT KO2. Has anyone put a slightly larger tire on a Denali without doing a lift?
