those led tail lights are known for getting bad solder joints on the board inside and failing, if you can solder you can give it a shot...

2015 Yukons have the LED tail lights, that are all one unit, only part that uses an actual bulb are the reverse lights

your first clue if you haven't fixed this already is you have no voltage, so that means one of more of those battery top fuses may have...

285/70/17’s should fit just fine with no lift. Pretty much the same overall size as the factory tires.
