NNo, shops use normal oil. The high mileage ones is mostly marketing for DIY'ers.

NMany of the "high mileage" versions are not Dex oils.. which your GDI engine needs.. 0w20 Dex is what you need.. per warranty... This...

NThe DEXOS oils all have to pass certain tests for that approval, any of them are good to go.
