    PPV and engine hours.

What do you consider high hours? I’m on my 2nd express van (LS based platform). Both have over 9,000 hours

    2010 Yukon radio wiring

I’ve never tried. I find myself rarely using my steering wheel control even when it does work Another note, you may not realized this until you get the radio functional, but you will lose all your chimes like the turn signal clicking sound, seat belt chime, onstar if equipped, dummy lights...

    2010 Yukon radio wiring

you don’t need to splice into the fuse box with anything permanent. Get one of these fuse taps and go after one of the fuses that turn on and off with the key like hvac control or something. Then run it to the back of the radio

    2010 Yukon radio wiring

No i couldn’t even explain to you how the factory radio gets its turn on signal but I’ve installed enough radios in GM trucks to know the accessory wire just isn’t there

Assuming you bought the cheap harness (no offense, that’s what I use). You need to tap your own accessory into the fuse box. As far as steering wheel controls, hopefully someone else will chime in for you.

I need info on this rearend!

Throwing wider wheels on the rear? Not to insinuate that you don’t know what you’re doing. I know I just learned that the express van rears are significantly cut down from the pick up truck rears. Assuming majority of the HD truck suspension crosses over to the vans, I was recently shopping to...

    TPMS replacement

I did it once on all 4 wheels. Breaking the bead was no easy task to do by hand. I ultimately ended up using the weight of my van, a 4x4 post under the trailer hitch, and a floor jack. I laid the wheel down and propped the 4x4 post between the tire (closest to the bead) and hitch of the van...

I need info on this rearend!

https://www.pirate4x4.com/threads/12-bolts-in-a-dana-60-diff-cover.697303/ Some useful info on that page. also what kind of truck are you planning on installing it in? You know the van rear ends are shorter width wise than the same year pick up trucks.

I need info on this rearend!

Also if you go to Rockauto and look through their 04 Savana 2500 area. They list parts for dana60/61 rears. That will probably be a good place to look

I need info on this rearend!

Based off this, I think it’s a Dana 60. What other info are you looking for?

Towing 33’ trailer with 2018 Yukon with Tow package.

I’m gonna chime in on the SWB situation. That’s a big trailer. Anytime I tow with my express van (very similar platform to a LWB Gm truck if toy don’t know) I barely feel the trailer behind me. I can hitch the same 2000lb trailer on my 2015 Yukon and absolutely hate the fact that I feel it...

    TARRIFS

I imagine parts still coming in from overseas will have an impact.

    5/7 drop 2007-2014

If it makes you feel any better. The express van comes with the struts on the bottom of the LCA. Probably similar to other HD trucks.

    5/7 drop 2007-2014

if you check his signature I just realized he has a website of his truck with details. Actually pretty cool

    5/7 drop 2007-2014

You’re not achieving 7” in the rear without serious fabrication. You’d need to C notch the frame, and relocate the struts and spring brackets. You’re not getting that in a kit.
