If anything it would be worth getting skid plates just to protect the catalytic converter.

I've been banging my head against the question of how to connect the flush-rail mounting points to a rack assembled from extrusion rails - but this looks great!
I'd love to see what the cost would be for one of your racks! I have a 2020 Tahoe - no sunroof, but the flush rails look like they might be the same anyway...

The roof racks look great! If you can get them to fit my 2024 Tahoe I would like to buy that. Please update with the price!
