I'm in Delaware right now working on my new Tahoe lol. I'll be in NYC on Monday. Just got another apartment, this time in Bloomfield, NJ. But I still have an apartment in Buenos Aires. I'm going back down there on 07/08.

I finished the install of the Morimoto's and DAMM they look awesome. Very happy with them.

Dropped my K2xx at the shop on Monday to have them go through it. Nothing surprising at all; broken motor mount, exhaust manifold leak, play in control arms, needs struts and ball joints. Overall I was happy with the diagnosis.

ALSO–what a coincidence! This leveling kit I was already looking at knocks out like half the stuff on that list!

Pulled the trigger online from Rudy's Diesel this afternoon. Having this kit sent straight to the shop. I leave for Buenos Aires on Sunday (July 7). Truck should be ready to by the time I return, second week of August.

Also ordered wheels and tires last week. PERFORMANCE REPLICAS Machined Face 22x9's on Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T 285/45R22's. Hoping they arrive by this Friday so I can sign for them.

Lastly, steering wheel has a lot of wear, leaving crud on my hands, which really bothers me.

So I ordered a custom made carbon fiber and leather, flat bottom fighter steering wheel with performance gauges on top. Pictured in red stitching but they're making mine in black with white stitching and a white twelve o'clock stripe.

When I bought my k2xx a few weeks ago, the center console lid was contorted. A common issue with high mileage Tahoes. So I replaced it with an inexpensive one from eBay. I'm fine with the result; the factory original was real leather-the replacement is vinyl. But it looks good enough. And to protect it from more damage, I bought an inexpensive cover from eBay. It was around $30 I believe.

Had 5% tints all around installed today along with clear UV film on the windshield and sunroof. My wife is highly sensitive to sunlight.
