Does anyone know if the badges from the newer trucks/SUVs will fit on an 07 tahoe LT? My badges are a little messed up and I want to change over to the black badges on the newer trucks because i cant find any black badges fpr my tahoe. I wanna do a whole build lowering it and doing mostly visual mods (I live in california can't do any engine mods) and maybe some interior stuff too (mainly audio system head unit and maybe getting the upholstery re done in black or red.) And I figured the best place to start is small stuff like the bowties headlights taillights and grille. I just don't know if the newer bowties will fit on the older tahoe. I also don't know how to take them off so an explanation of that would be killer.
The look I'm going for below

Definitely try this question in the '07+ model years section. I had an '09 Tahoe, and I swapped out the bowtie on it to another, but I don't know whether the '21+ bowties fit on an '07. But folks in that section will know.

I do remember that the front bowtie on my '09 had backing retainers that wedged onto the emblem's (2) plastic posts. I seem to recall having to reach down behind the grill and pull those retainers off with pliers... I think...

If it is in your budget then go for the illuminated bow tie, it is OEM and comes front and rear in black and the front is illuminated, rear is black not illuminated. You can also get illuminated door sills and cargo sill. The illuminated parts look awesome!

I had the dealer do the install after I watched a couple YouTube videos on it. For some reason most dealers have a fixed price on these parts and the price is surprisingly cheap compared to hourly rates for “normal” labor.
