Check engine sign, AC, Radio Tahoe LT 2023

Chevrolet Tahoe LT 2023 - 4000 miles the check engine light is on rear AC wont turn on and radio is not working
took it to the dealership and they said it was a software issue just got back from there and turned the vehicle on again and now same issue
did it happen to anyone before ?

You are already receiving clarifying questions from the knowledgeable folks on this Forum.

Without some input from a quality bi-directional scanner to identify the root cause of those warning lights, it is difficult to assess with any surety what is going on here. I know that it can be incredibly frustrating (and expensive) to work with dealerships, but it may still be your best bet, assuming that the truck is still under full warranty.

Our 2023 Tahoe was delivered without a working AC. Then needed Auxiliary AC replacement, then needed a rear evaporator and pressure module replacement. All before 6k miles.
