GM radio update fried my system or something

OMG....Gm dealer tried to update the radio. Now it won't work and the whole info center will not work. It has been at GM Cavender in San Antonio for 6 days now with no resolution. My 2024 Tahoe keep sitting outside on the back lot and has not moved since a day after I took it in. It only has 5500 miles on it. They are still waiting on GM to get with them for a resolution. Can anyone help on this??? I was able to get a rental car but it's a Nissan Kicks. I cannot tow my camper with that. Oh!!

Update. They said radio is locked up and they cannot access it. They did order a new radio.

My Tahoe is in the shop for similar situation. Been there for over a week. I noticed the ambient temp was off by 20 degrees and the clock by 11 minutes (not the CarPlay but the actual vehicle info). They said the Tahoe radio brain thinks it's a 2022 Chevy Van. They also said it has something to do with the sirus connection. Please keep in touch and what happens.
