Honestly, OBDIISHOP may be 110% legitimate with 1000's happy customers, and my situation may be one of their few anomalies? We're all human, nobody perfect, all make mistakes and blahhhh....
Bottom line: They made too many mistakes for me to feel comfortable "clearing" that package
