I mean it's nice it's every 2 years normally, only been in places it was yearly and yearly added soon here. but that's shady penalizing you for having not ready monitors. wtf

That's about what I said to the Emissions Dept lady and she said "she doesn't make the rules".
And we have 10 more years before the Tahoe is off the hook for testing. Do Tahoes last 26 years?

No system can ever fail anyone it was never meant to protect.
In case anyone was wondering about how the priorities of the Emissions Dept informs the rules they come up with.
