Whatever you use needs to have the uv protector in it. If not they'll get yellow within a yr.look good to me.. I wonder if you ppf over them now of they would stay like that. or if you used the uv coating stuff.
I think the way to go would be to apply UV-rated spraycan clear-coat, but since the result isn't perfect (there's still a bit of fog near the blinker edge and visible scratching on the bottom part) I'll have a re-do next year. the stuff in the second tube says it needs to be re-applied every 3 months which make me think it's just a liquid wax really.look good to me.. I wonder if you ppf over them now of they would stay like that. or if you used the uv coating stuff.
Only downfall us the price--of youre only doing your car. You can make dome money on the dide tho. When I had my business I charged $75 per car. It's great stuff.I used this stuff on my warranty replacement headlights because the first set sun ate them up. Tony above pointed me to this. seems to be amazing stuff.
I didn't need the remover spray since they wren new. Just the sealer, and then ppf install over that.
I did play with the Yellow remover on some old lights, and it's some strong stuff. the yellow washes off, but don't leave it on to long. seems like it can soften plastic if left on long.
