I'm assuming a diesel? Or, if it's a gas motor, how many egg shells did you put under your right foot and try not to break? LOL

I would be happy for those numbers. Pretty impressive for a 6k vehicle

I have a 2023 Yukon XL Ultimate with the 3.0 Diesel and 14,500 miles. The best mileage I've gotten is 38.3 mpg (on my dash display) on a 95N trip and loaded with 5 people, luggage and A/C on the whole trip. Average around our house which is both hwy and city is 28.5. Love this vehicle !

I just purchased a Hoe two weeks ago and joined the forum. Yes, all of us would love MPG like this...but most of us were not born yesterday. The only way to accurately measure your MPG is the old school way. You have to do simple math but it is very accurate. Fill up your tank and take a pic of your current miles...drive to your heart's content and then fill up and see how many gallons you used vs. the miles driven - divide it out to see your actual MPG. It may hurt your feelings, but you will know the truth. Cheers!!

I have hand calculated every tank over the first 8,000km (5,000miles) and the onboard computer is accurate within 0.1L/100km (0.2mpg) on every tank so far. I’m attributing this to the fact that the diesel fuel consumption just isn’t as volatile as the gas version and is more rangebound.

On my diesel, this truck rarely wants to burn worse than 12L/100km (20mpg) around town and I easily get 9.5L/100km on highway trips (25mpg) at 75mph+. Nova Scotia is hilly as well, no flat highways around here.

I don’t ever drive 55-60mph but any vehicle will get good mileage at that speed. One neat feature of the onboard computer is that rolling fuel economy. I have mine set at last 50 miles/80km and I can share that my best 50 mile highway mileage at 75mph+ is 7.9L/100km on flattish highway. That works out to 30mpg.
