Upstream O2 voltage should be between 0.1 and 0.9 volts. Is that the PID that you're describing?

I took power going in and out at low load to be similar to surging.

He is reading Lambda. Perfect ratio is 1.00, and he is seeing .95 to 1.05 at cruise.
Squeeler what are you getting when it seems to bog off idle?
