Can’t find anybody running this size on an nbs Tahoe

I was not considering this size but came across a great deal that is available to me

Nokian Rockproof LT245/70R17 10 PLY load range E, mud terrain

2004 Tahoe Z71 at stock height, daily driver, mainly freeway, no towing or off roading

How will they look? drive? Will they look too small? Although they have a very aggressive tread. Any insight would be appreciated to make a decision

How they will look depends on the tire size mentioned on the driver's door sticker.
You might not be able to visually tell the difference.
Compare your speedometer display to Waze.

They might feel a bit weird to drive on if you like to speed on highways, but they should work just fine.
I was using 245/60R18 on my '02 Tahoe Z71, now I'm using 255/70R18. Definitely prefer the taller.

Yeah I’m currently on 275/55R20

Driver door sticker calls for 265/70R17 but the deal on these are just very good. Just not sure how funny they will look or feel.

I believe some years sierras and silverados and other full sized pickups came with these so they shouldn’t be too bad for a full sized suv like the Tahoe?

Here are some stock photos of what they look like

I’m currently on 275/55R20
For some reason 275/65R18 caused mine excessive rubbing, so, 255/70R18.
Maybe I need to go to the body shop to find out why.
If 275/55R20 rubs too much, 255/60R20 should fit easily ...

Mine had some trimming done before I bought it so my 275/55r20 fit fine.

Just not sure if the LT245/70R17 will work for sure and if their too narrow

What do you think you mean by, 'work'?
Previous generation Tahoes PPV wore 235/70VR15 - 27.95" tall - instead of 235/75R15.
Police that drove them got used to them looking skinny and dainty, once they drove them,
'cause they 'worked' fine, for what they were used for.
But if they bought a PPV, and meant to buy an SSV, they went and bought the right SSV tires.
They didn't settle for a 'good deal' on tires that were not spec'd.

Luckily, they're not far off enough to be concerned.
Your speedo will read faster than you're actually traveling, so use Waze til you get used to it

Only you can answer how it looks for you yself. Some people think Aubrey Plaza is attractive.
I think she looks odd, but I'd have a beer or 3, see what happens, why rule anything out?
Someone else might say 'nay', someone else might say ' yeay!'
I'd likely lose the bet guessing which one will say either -
but we'll all agree, she's on the dainty side compared to Natasha Henstridge.
