How would you value this 2018 Yukon XL with a used engine?

Dealer is offering a 2018 Yukon XL Denali (not Ultimate), 115,000 miles. Asking $32K. The interior does appear to be in nice condition. Not great, but not crazy in today's market.

But the Carfax discloses the "Long block" was replaced when Dealer took possession. Sounds like the normal 6.2 explosion; they say they took possession on a tow-in at 110k miles. I was first told that they put in a reman 6.2, but it only came with a 12-month dealer powertrain warranty. GM would normally warranty that for 36 months, so I asked why their warranty was less. Then they admitted it was a *used* 6.2, and the donor was a 2016 Escalade with 88k.

They surely didn't pay more than $15,000 on the trade, right? And I figure $3-4K in parts. Would I be nuts to offer in the low $20s? Or should I just cut bait and try to find something more vanilla?

Find something more vanilla. This seems a bit high and appears baked with dealership profit. Don’t forget, they paid $15k in trade, made $5k on the sale of the car to previous owner, then another $2-3k in financing so they only have about $10-14k in total cost in this truck…

Then the dice roll of a used engine. Eh.

You can offer whatever you want want but it's highly unlikely they'll drop to anywhere near that offer. If they're over priced it won't sell.

if you really want it
then you might get lucky if you can haggle it down a little, forget about low 20's.... that's not gonna happen
then you "could" work in a good 1st tier 3rd party 60k 3-4 year premium warranty and be worry free until that runs out
you get what you pay for in warrantys, if you take the lowest option you are throwing your money away (it covers basically nothing) take the best one offered and then you are more on a 50/50 level of it paying for it's self or better.
