I need number of the relay for high and low beam owners don’t give it to me.Low beam won’t come on just high beam for a 2015 Tahoe Ltz

It doesn’t give me number of relay where I can find it to test it
You said it was a 16 and now it is a 15? Typically the owner's manual will tell you the relay location but if you pull the relay cover, it will be on the backside of the cover.
It does but the relays can just be swapped anyway doesn't matter just switch them around like your trying to find the $20 bill under a shell
In most cases the problem is going to be either a fuse or the bulb
